Requirements
As required by law and policy of Sotera Health all potential employees and contractors will have several database checks performed this includes criminal background checks. The criminal background check must be free of convictions related to violence, assault and/or battery, sexual offenses, larceny, and elder/child abuse. Our Agency does not presently perform routine drug testing on its employees but may do so at its discretion. Checks that will be performed:

(OIG) Office of Inspector General Exclusion List
Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal History Checks
National Sex Offender Registry
